The InTBIR roadmap data meeting is organized to address the specific topic of TBI data harmonization and interoperability. The main goal of the meeting is to gather expert opinions and insights on the priorities for a global effort in data harmonization and interoperability. Additionally, the meeting aimed to gather information on various topics related to data harmonization and interoperability in the context of TBI.
To achieve these objectives, we will host a series of virtual round table discussions using the "World Café" approach. This structured conversational process facilitates open and inclusive dialogue, allowing participants to share their collective knowledge and create possibilities for action. The meeting format includes specific questions for each table, covering topics in general information, interoperability, data sharing, and sustainability. The questions aim to explore the opinions and perspectives of the participants on these topics.
The deliverables of the meeting will include drafting a roadmap document that compiles the insights and discussions into a structured document. This roadmap document will outline key opinions and priorities, strategies, timelines, and responsibilities for the global effort in data harmonization and interoperability. The draft document will be shared with the participants for feedback and additional inputs, which would be incorporated into the final document. Once finalized, the document will be published. Additionally, plans for follow-up meetings with the data harmonization working group will be made to develop implementation strategies based on the priorities and recommendations from the roadmap meeting.
